Rue Environmental LLC is an environmental and cultural resource consulting firm headquartered in State College, Pennsylvania. Owner, David J. Rue, Ph.D., has over 30 years of experience and has managed over 200 projects in 22 states. The Rue team has the expertise to complete projects associated with compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), including environmental reporting, wetland delineation and wildlife surveys, all stages of archaeological study (Phase I, II, and III), historic structures inventory/determination of eligibility and effect, HABS/HAER mitigation, public involvement, and Section 4(f) evaluation. Market sector experience includes natural gas pipelines, highways/bridges, electric transmission, wind power, municipal utilities, DOD, and development.
